While job skills are important, behavior, attitude and personality play major roles in creating a productive work environment. There is a strong need for objective data and reliable feedback to help choose the most qualified person for the job. Our personality profiles provide proven scientific basis for evaluating current and future employees and assist you by addressing a wide variety of special needs and situations. At their core, personality profiles help people understand human differences.
Leadership Development...... Leadership training inspires people to do well in areas of analyzing, empathizing, inspiring, directing and helping people to find as many opportunities as possible to use these abilities. We assist participants as they learn about the strengths that are associated with their style and explore how these assets have helped them succeed in the past. They will also discover how over-using these elements can actually hinder their success. Participants learn what approaches are most effective when taken into account others willingness and ability in combination with their style.
In this course participants will learn four different approaches to handling a single situation in combination with his or her style. This module shows participants how to read the needs of others and get the best results possible, to intuitively adapt to the developmental needs of other people, to reduce tension, conflict and miscommunication when working with others. They will also learn how to gauge the kind of direction and input that your employees respond to best.
Empathetic Listening...... An empathetic listener is one who is, combining listening and empathy while engaged in a communication. Ineffective listening is one of the chief causes of poor business practices. Resulting in, lost customers, lost sales, personnel conflicts, production interruptions, accidents, low worker morale and uninformed management. All of which translates to lost revenue. Empathetic Listening is an antidote! There is a vast difference between hearing and listening.

Listening is primarily a mental activity
The listening profile identifies five primary listening approaches: Appreciative listening, Empathetic listening, Comprehensive listening, Discerning listening and Evaluative listening. When considering which listening approach is best suited, there are 3 primary factors to consider: Focus, Motivation and Behavioral Indicators. Since my primary intention is to be of service to others, I will do everything in my power to propose a fee for my services that is within your budget.
